Real people.
Real experience.
Neal Faradineh founded Boardroom Sales Coach on a simple observation: most growing businesses don't need more advice, another framework, or a shinier sales tool. They need a partner. Someone hands-on who shows up, listens, and helps them figure out how to generate results.

We've been there too.
Neal's background spans sales leadership, management consulting, and corporate development. Over the years he's worked for major communications companies, defense firms, and space startups — selling into organizations where deals take time, relationships matter, and you don't get a second first impression.
Some of his favorite wins came from cold calls that shouldn't have worked — like the time he called the head of a foreign navy and, three meetings later, was on contract to bring next-generation wireless communications to their fleet. That's the kind of thing that happens when you combine preparation with genuine connection.
He's built sales teams, coached executives going into classified facilities, and helped founders figure out what their business can do that no one else can. What he's learned across all of it is that sales isn't really about closing—it's about connecting. The close is just what happens when you've done everything else right.
How we work
We’re not here to replace sales teams. We help strengthen and solidify them while giving leadership the strategic and coaching support they need to lead growth with confidence.
We don't do generic frameworks or one-size-fits-all playbooks. Before we make recommendations, we listen. Because solving the right problem means understanding what's driving it, not just what's visible on the surface.
Then we get to work. We're hands-on, honest, and we'll tell you what we actually think. We work best with people who are ready to move and who want a real partner in the room, not a consultant who disappears between reports.
